ST MTB MICRO HOTEL ROOM is a model with a total area of 15 m²

With its extraordinary functionality, it offers the high standard of a 5 * hotel room: 

  • The height of the room is 2.2 m. It allows for comfortable use, is ideal and not overwhelming.
    The total width and length are 2,2 m/5,8 m.
  • Thanks to a well-thought-out arrangement of this area, we get a place for a comfortable bathroom, a bedroom part with a small, but functional kitchenette.
  • The model is equipped with a high-quality entrance door. They ensure comfortable use. They are heavy and quiet. 
  • Heating of the room is done by air conditioning with a heating function of 2,5 kW.
  • The heart of the Unit is a spacious living room, eventually with a kitchenette and a vestibule separated by a wall.
  • The model is equipped with an entrance door, anti-burglar, ergonomic 90 cm wide. They ensure comfortable use. Made of high-class material. They are heavy and quiet.
  • Walls covered with windproof membrane. Construction beam 10 cm, Scandinavian wood C24. 
  • The elevation of the module can be chosen by the investor – seam sheet or plaster.
  • Each unit is subjected to an electrical system check during production and a comprehensive as-built inspection.

MTB MICRO HOTEL ROOM. The construction is based on a solid steel frame, which in combination with Scandinavian structural wood C24 and our patented technology enters a new direction of construction.

  • electrical installation: LED lighting, TV, bedside reading lamp
  • plumbing: shower cubicle, suspended toilet with a free-standing board, washbasin with mixer tap, a cabinet under the washbasin, LED mirror

  • sleeping area equipped with a double bed with a premium mattress
  • dining area with a table and two chairs

  • The house inside is finished and ready to use
  • Elements such as foundation slab and electrical and hydraulic installations are not included in the order. They belong to additional options.
